ENLIGHTENED recognizes it has a moral and legal responsibility to ensure that all work activities undertaken will achieve and maintain a high standard of occupational safety and health for all employees, subcontractors, and visitors, All employees have a reciprocal responsibility to endure they assist management in achieving an injury-free workplace.

Proactively seeking to eliminate unacceptable risks through systematic risk identification and assessment process that is an integrated part of the day-to-day operations. Providing a level of leadership and training to ensure that work is managed to achieve a safe, efficient and productive outcome. Gaining the total involvement and commitment of all ENLIGHTENED employees to achieving an accident-free and healthy workplace. Comply with all applicable legislation, acts, regulations, codes o practice, and standards.

To provide effective injury management and rehabilitation for all employees. Ensuring the Safety And Health Policy is available to all ENLIGHTENED employees contractors, visitor’s and interested parties, and that they are informed of and understand their obligations in respect to the policy.
Through the implementation of this policy and the total commitment of ENLIGHTENED management and employees, our safety and health objectives and targets will be achieved.

QUALITY CONTROL

Ensure obtaining the required approval from the consultant prior to the execution of works stages.

Ensure that all materials to be used are approved materials.

Ensure all works have been carried out following the related approved method statement
& approved by the consultant.

Ensure that persons carrying out the works are adequately trained & equipped with the required PPE against the work hazards.

Ensure that the required maintenance is being done frequently to the works-related equipment.

Ensure that the MEP works & embedded items have been inspected & approved by the consultant.
